Educational Qualification:
| Technician | The candidates must have passed the SSC/10th Standard/SSC or equivalent with Science subjects with 55% marks and ITI Certificate in Leather Goods Maker or national/State Trade Certificate in Leather GoodsMaker or the equivalent from a recognized Board. |
| JHT | The candidates must have passed the Master’s degree of a recognized University or equivalent in Hindi or English with English or Hindi or the equivalent from a recognized Board. |
| Technical Assistant | The candidates must have passed the B.Sc Chemistry with 60% marks and one-year research experience in the relevant field or the equivalent from a recognized Board. |
