Educational Qualification:
| Senior Consultants | The candidates must have passed the Master’s in Social Sciences/ Sciences/ Engineering/ Technology/ Management/Finance/Statistics/Law or the equivalent from a recognized Board. |
| Senior Consultant (Finance) | The candidates must have passed the Master Degree in Management/ M.Com or the equivalent from a recognized Board. |
| Consultants | The candidates must have passed the Master Degree / M.Phil / Ph.D in Social Science / Sciences / Engineering / Technology / Management / Commerce / Finance / Statistics / Law or the equivalent from a recognized Board. |
| IT Manager | The candidates must have passed the Masters in Computer Sciences or the equivalent from a recognized Board. |
