Educational Qualification:
| Service Assurance Executive | The candidates must have passed Graduate or the equivalent from a recognized Board with 2-3 years of working experience in Airline or Airport Operation or Direct Customer Service Oriented Industries. |
| Service Assurance Manager | The candidates must have passed Graduate or the equivalent from a recognized Board with Minimum 5 years of working experience in Airline or Ground Handling /Customer Service Managerial or Supervisory level. |
