Educational Qualification:

Stenographer Grade-I	The candidates must have passed Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
Junior Translation Officer (JTO)	The candidates must have passed Master’s Degree in English/Hindi or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
Stenographer Grade-II	The candidates must have passed 12th or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
Administrative Assistant ‘A’	The candidates must have passed 12th or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
Store Assistant ‘A’	The candidates must have passed 12th or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
Security Assistant ‘A’	The candidates must have passed 12th or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
Vehicle Operator ‘A’	The candidates must have passed 10th, a Driving license for two or three-wheelers and light and heavy vehicles, and Knowledge of motor mechanisms or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
Fire Engine Driver ‘A’	The candidates must have passed 10th, a Driving license for two or three-wheelers and light and heavy vehicles, and Knowledge of traffic regulations or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
Fireman	The candidates must have passed 10th or the equivalent from a recognized Board.

Age Limit:

Minimum Age	18 years
Maximum Age (JTO, Steno Grade II)	30 years

Salary Details:

• Stenographer Grade-I – Rs. 35,400 – 1,12,400/-
• Junior Translation Officer (JTO) – Rs.35,400 – 1,12,400/-
• Stenographer Grade-II – Rs. 25,500 – 81,100/-
• Administrative Assistant ‘A’ – Rs.19,900 – 63,200/-

Selection Process:

• Select “Apply” enter the required details and then Submit.
• After Submission takes a printout of the application for future reference.

Important Instruction:

• Before Applying, Candidates are to ensure that scanned copies of the educational qualification certificates, recent color passport size photo & Signature are in a specified format, and the size mentioned in the given notification.
• If the proper photograph is not uploaded by an applicant, his/her candidature will be canceled.
• Candidates are advised in their own interest to submit online applications much before the closing date and not to wait till the last date to avoid the possibility of disconnection or failure to login to the website on account of heavy load on the website during the closing days.
